  • resident or staff anesthetist
  • since more than 6 months working for the same institution

Exclusion criteria

  • no informed-consent

  1. Utrecht Work Engagement Scale

    Time frame: 4 weeks

  2. Positive and negative affective scale

    Time frame: 4 weeks

  3. Psychological Well-Being questionnaire

    Time frame: 4 weeks

Secondary outcomes

  1. Acceptance and Action Questionnaire

  2. Experience Questionnaire

  3. Dutch Workaholism Scale

    Time frame: 4 weeks

  4. Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale
