Sinus Node Disease
Brady-Tachy Syndrome
Suspected or documented paroxysmal AVB

Exclusion criteria

Permanent high degree AVB
Contra indication to the SafeR pacing mode
PR higher than 350 ms

Primary outcomes

High degree AV blocks
