Inclusion criteria

  • BMI > 27 kg/m2 (adults)

Exclusion criteria

  • pregnancy, breastfeeding
  • patients with:
  • heart failure
  • impaired hepatic or renal function
  • anaemia
  • disturbed coagulation
  • infection, malabsorption
  • severe hypertension
  • any other endocrine disorder
