The aim of the current project is to assess exogenous glucose oxidation rates during exercise at moderate and high intensity.

Inclusion criteria

  • Endurance trained
  • Aged 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

  • Contraindications to exercise
  • Unable to complete 2 hours of continuous cycling
