Evaluation of Demineralized Dentin Matrix With and Without Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin as Grafting Materials

Thirty two healthy patients will be selected from the outpatient clinic of the oral and maxillofacial surgery department, faculty of dentistry, Mansoura university, to be included in this study with non restorable teeth in the maxillary esthetic area. After atraumatic teeth extraction, immediate implant placement will be done and buccal jumping gap will be filled by demineralized dentin matrix in study group and control one by demineralized dentin matrix mixed with in injectable platelet rich fibrin.
