Efficacy of Physical Activity Program in Metabolic-syndrome Females With Behcet Disease

metabolci syndrom is highly prevalent in behcet disorder females. usually physical activity is recommended to solve this problem

About this study

metabolci syndrom-fenales with behcet disorder (n=40) were assigned to group I or group II. Group I will perform treadmill walk for 40 minutes. group II will act as waitlist. the group will contian 20 females

Who can participate

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

  • females with metabolci syndrome
  • females with behcet disorder

Exclusion criteria

  • psychatric diseases women
  • mental diseased women

Treatment and study plan

treadmill walking

Behavioral

metabolci syndrom-females with behcet disorder assigned to group I (n=20) will perform treadmill walk for 40 minutes, thrice weekly, for 12 weeks

Primary outcomes

  1. high density lipoprotin

    Time frame: it will be asessed after 12 weeks

    it is a lipid profile component

Secondary outcomes

  1. triglycrides

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it is a lipid profile component

  2. body mass index

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed on empty stomach

  3. waist circumfrence

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed with inelsatic tape

  4. fasting blood glucoses

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma

  5. systolic blood presssure

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed at brachial artery

  6. diastolci blood pressure

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed at brachial artery

  7. subjective vitality scale

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionaire will assess vitality of subjects

  8. satifaction with life scale

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess satisfaction with life

  9. ptisburg sleep quality index

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess sleep level

  10. fatigue severity scale

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess fatigue level

  11. Behcet disease -related life quality questionaire

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess life quality

  12. ruffier index

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will assess fitness of cardiopulmoanry system

  13. Hamilton anxiety rating scale

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess anxiety

  14. Hamilton depression scale

    Time frame: It will be assessed after 12 weeks

    A questionsire will assess depression
