The purpose of this study is to determine the molecular mechanism of this disease and to research the relationship between cystinosis and skin phenotype.

  • cystinosis
  • known CTNS mutation

Exclusion criteria

  • patient with corticotherapy treatment
  • patient with immunosuppressant treatment
