About this study

This study aim to investigated the progression of coronary artery aneurysms (CAA) assessed by angiography, then compared the effectiveness of different management strategies, and identified risk factors associated with lesion progression and major adverse cardiovascular events.

Who can participate

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

Angiographically confirmed coronary artery aneurysm, defined as coronary dilation ≥1.5 times the adjacent normal reference vessel diameter.
Age 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Suboptimal image quality
Incomplete clinical data, including medical history, laboratory parameters, or follow-up records.

Treatment and study plan

Primary outcomes

Progression of coronary artery aneurysm

Time frame: 6-12 months

Progression of coronary artery aneurysm assessed by serial angiography or coronary computed tomography angiography
