This is a prospective, single-arm, Phase II clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vibecotamab plus putelimab in the treatment of locally advanced laryngeal carcinoma. The study aims to investigate whether vibecotamab combined with putelimab can improve the pathological complete response (pCR) rate and overall survival (OS) in patients with locally advanced laryngeal carcinoma compared with historical data. Approximately 10 patients will be enrolled at Tangdu Hospital within 1 year, and eligible subjects will be followed up for 5 years.
