Primary Objective:
•To assess feasibility and success of an organ-sparing strategy in patients with localized dMMR colorectal cancer receiving neoadjuvant cemiplimab. The primary endpoint is rate of endoCR by 6 months.
Exploratory Objectives:
Healthy volunteers accepted: No
