pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block
ProcedureDuring PENG block application; the patient's arm was rotated externally and abducted at 45 degrees. A longitudinal linear ultrasound probe was placed between the coracoid and humeral head. After identifying the humeral head, the tendon of the subscapular muscle, and the deltoid muscle above it, a 50 mm needle was inserted using the "in-plane" technique. After the needle tip was placed above the bone below the subscapularis tendon, a local anesthetic solution was injected.
