Inclusion criteria

  • Postmenopausal women

Exclusion criteria

  • History of hyperthyroidism, thyrotoxicosis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer
  • glucocorticoid or medication for osteoporosis
  • Swelling joints

Thai Traditional massage

Procedure

two hours of Thai traditional massage twice a week for 4 weeks
