This study aims to investigate the implementation and effectiveness of the Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) program in Portuguese adolescents, focusing on improving anger regulation through a structured educational intervention.

Exclusion criteria
TAME was developed in the United States by Feindler and Sita-Molz, 2021. This is a 12-session intervention program designed for use with early to late adolescents (ages 12-17).

Time frame: Change from baseline (4 months after baseline), 3 months after treatment has ended, and 6 months after treatment has ended.
Assesses functional and dysfunctional anger regulation. The scale ranges from 1 (Never) to 4 (Always), with higher scores indicating more frequent use of adaptive or maladaptive strategies.
Time frame: Change from baseline (about 4 months after treatment had ended).
Assesses caregiver perceptions of child/adolescent anger responses. The scale ranges from 1 ([Almost] Never) to 5 ([Almost] Always), with higher scores indicating more frequent use of adaptive or maladaptive anger responses.
Time frame: Change from baseline (about 4 months after treatment had ended).
Assesses teacher perceptions of child/adolescent anger responses. The scale ranges from 1 ([Almost] Never) to 5 ([Almost] Always), with higher scores indicating more frequent use of adaptive or maladaptive anger responses.
Time frame: At the end of the program (about 4 months after baseline).
Adolescents rate their levels of treatment satisfaction. The scale ranges from 1 (I completely disagree) to 7 ([I completely agree), with higher scores indicating more satisfaction.
