Implant survival after 1 week, 3 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years

Time frame: after 1 week, 3 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years
