Genetic polymorphisms will be investigated by polymerase-chain reaction (PCR) and drug levels of saquinavir will be determined by high phase liquid chromatography with UV-detected (HPLC).
Healthy volunteers accepted: No
Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.
