Study of CD38 and CD56 in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

Chronic myeloid leukemia is a myelo-proliferative neoplasm characterized by abnormal proliferation of myeloid cells. There is an accumulation of mature granulocytes in the blood and bone marrow.

The aim of the study is to study expression of CD38 and CD56 in patients with Chronic myeloid leukemia.

cd 38 and cd 56

Diagnostic Test

prescence of high percentage of cd38 and cd 56

Primary outcomes

an increased change in cd 38 and cd 56 in chronic leukemic patients

Time frame: 6 months
