Inclusion criteria

  • physical active healthy men
  • aged 18-40 years

Exclusion criteria

  • smokers
  • allergy towards terbutaline
  • chronic disease

Treatment and study plan

Terbutaline

Drug

K+ transport and Ca2+ release and uptake function are stimulated by administration of terbutaline

Placebo

Primary outcomes

  1. Change in time to fatigue during knee-extensor exercise

    Time frame: 1 day
