The objectives of this study are to report the response strategy to prevent COVID-19 spread implemented at a Korean medicine hospital, and the satisfaction survey results regarding its preventive measures.

The objectives of this study are (1) to report the response strategy to prevent COVID-19 spread implemented at a Korean medicine hospital situated in Seoul, Korea, (2) to describe patient visit trends compared to the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases during the COVID-19 peak in February - April 2020, and (3) to provide results of a satisfaction survey regarding its preventive measures.
Healthy volunteers accepted: Yes
Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Exclusion criteria
The patient satisfaction survey consisted of 8 items, including 7 Likert scale questions and 1 multiple choice question.

Multiple choice question on satisfactory service regarding hospital response to COVID-19, if any

Likert scale question on level of feelings of apprehension before hospital visits due to COVID-19

Likert scale question on level of maintenance of wearing of facial masks and hand hygiene in medical staff

Likert scale question on level of cleanliness and sterilization of hospital facilities with regard to COVID-19 spread prevention

Likert scale question on level of convenience and accessibility of hand sanitizers

Likert scale question on level of helpfulness and readability of posters and stand-up banners with COVID-19 information in the hospital
