Inclusion criteria

A diagnosis of moderate COPD.
Motivation for Pulmonary rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Comorbidity contraindicating rehabilitation.
Participation in pulmonary rehabilitation within the last year.
Cognitive disorders limiting the ability to participate in physical training and education sessions.
