Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
patients will have a CLRTM port and CLRTM irrigator (CLR Medical, Calverton, MD, USA) added to their chest tube and atrium circuit to facilitate pleural irrigation.
Time frame: Daily for 8 days
