as measured by assessment of AEs, co-morbid events, laboratory measures, symptoms and cognitive performance
Time frame: 12 weeks
change from baseline in neuropsychological (cognitive, functional) test results
Time frame: 12 weeks
change from baseline in vasomotor symptoms
