  • Healthy male and/or female subjects between the ages of 21 and 55 years, inclusive

Exclusion criteria

  • Evidence or history of clinically significant diseases

tolterodine tartrate

Drug

4 mg single dose of extended release capsules

Primary outcomes

  1. Area Under the Curve From Time Zero to Last Quantifiable Concentration (AUClast) of tolterodine

    Time frame: 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 24, 30, 36 hours post-dose

  2. Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of tolterodine

    Time frame: 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 24, 30, 36 hours post-dose
