Inclusion criteria

  • Advanced non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology
  • HER2 insertion mutation-positive
  • Failure with first-line standard chemotherapy
  • with measurable lesions.

Exclusion criteria

  • no measurable tumor lesions
  • Patients received PD-1 or Pyrotinib before
