Age 20-55 years
Planned bariatric procedure
Helicobacter pylori negative or adequate HP eradication

Exclusion criteria

Liver and/or kidney dysfunction
Psychiatric disease
Medication influencing androgen profile and/or bone metabolism
Weight > 160 kg
