Relationship between Breastfeeding Attitudes and Nutrition Knowledge Levels

Primary outcomes

  1. Nutrition Knowledge

    Time frame: Baseline

Nutrition Knowledge Scale (NBS): The scale is a 5-point Likert scale with 31 questions. Scale items are scored between 0 and 4 (strongly agree 4 points, strongly disagree 0 points). The highest score that can be obtained from the scale, which is evaluated over the total score, is 126. The higher the score obtained from the scale, the higher the level of nutritional knowledge, and the lower the score, the lower the level of nutritional knowledge.

  2. Breastfeeding Attitude

    Time frame: Baseline

Breastfeeding Attitude Evaluation Scale: The scale is a 5-point Likert-type scale consisting of 46 items. The total score of the scale is 184. The score of positive items is 88 and the score of negative items is 96. The higher the score, the more positive the breastfeeding attitude is evaluated.

  3. Descriptive assessment

    Time frame: Baseline

In the general information form of the young individuals participating in the study, demographic information (gender, age, height, body weight, body mass index, etc.) was included.
