Inmates of prisons having telemedicine after implementation of telemedicine

  1. Proportion of a dermatological expertise among those required

    Time frame: 1 month after the end of the study

Secondary outcomes

  1. Number of hospitalizations for a dermatological reason

    Time frame: 1 month after the end of the study

  2. Overall costs

    Time frame: 6 months after the end of the study

  3. Time to a dermatological expertise

    Time frame: 1 month after the end of the study

  4. Number of usual consultations needed after Tele-expertise

    Time frame: 1 month after the end of the study
