Inclusion criteria

  • pregnant women in first trimester
  • negative antiphospholipid markers
  • normal karyotype

Exclusion criteria

  • multiple pregnancy
  • fetal malformations
  • maternal diseases
  • smoking or alcohol use
  • history of or risk factors for preterm labor
