Primary outcomes

  1. plaque score

    Time frame: T0 baseline, T1 at 7 days and T2 at 2 weeks

    measurement of plaque accumulation in scale from 0 till 5 0 indicates no plaque and 5 indicated 2/3 of the tooth surface is covered with plaque

Secondary outcomes

  1. bristle contamination

    Time frame: after 2 weeks

    bacterial count on toothbrush bristle
