Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
1% gaseous nitric oxide, delivered for 40 minutes daily for 3 consecutive days
Nitrogen gas, delivered topically for 40 minutes daily for 3 consecutive days
Time frame: Day 12 or Day 26
