  • all adult patients with lower ureter stone less than 10 mm

Exclusion criteria

  • pregnant, solitary kidney, sensitivity to drugs

Treatment and study plan

Tamsulosin

Drug

group A take tamsulosin once daily

Cetirizine

Drug

give cetirizine once dailly

Cetirizine + Tamsulosin

Combination Product

both once daily

Placebo

Other

once dailly

Primary outcomes

  1. ureter stone free rate

    Time frame: 4 weeks
