Diagnosis of COPD (chronic bronchitis, and emphysema) with stable symptoms:

Tiotropium 18 µg inhalation capsule
Tiotropium 36 µg inhalation capsule
Placebo metered dose inhaler (MDI)
Oxitropium MDI (100 µg/puff)
