  • Walking or cycling inabilities
  • Other diseases

Treatment and study plan

4 times 4 minutes high aerobic intensity one leg cycling

Behavioral

3 times per week for 10 weeks

Primary outcomes

  1. VO2peak

    Time frame: 10 weeks

  2. Ventilation

    Time frame: 10 weeks

  3. FEV1

    Time frame: 10 weeks

  4. Walking performance

    Time frame: 10 weeks

Secondary outcomes

  1. Quality of life

    Time frame: 3 months
