participants will be divided into two groups

Healthy volunteers accepted: Yes

Inclusion criteria

  • active well-trained female (more than 2 years of training)

Exclusion criteria

  • any injuries or surgeries in back, lower limbs or upper limbs

Primary outcomes

  1. McGill test

    Time frame: pre and after 6 weeks

  2. Dynamic balance test

    Time frame: pre and after 6 weeks

  3. Maximal strength test

    Time frame: pre and after 6 weeks
