Participants will perform table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while arm and leg muscles are analyzed with surface electromyography. Then blood flow resistance will be added to the non-swinging arm.

Participants will perform forehand, backhand, and overhead swings of table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while making contact with a tethered ball of that sport. Surface electromyography of the lower trapezius, serratus anterior, anterior deltoid, biceps, and extensor carpi brevis will be recorded. Then participants will perform the entire protocol with blood flow resistance added to the non-swinging arm.

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Exclusion criteria
Time frame: Data will be collected on a single "baseline" day. Each subject will only have data collection on one single day. The time frame will be only one hour from the start of data collection to the end. No follow up trials or data collection.
UE and scapular EMG using Delsys Electromyography Unit with Trignio electrodes on the lower trapezius, serratus anterior, anterior deltoid, biceps brachii, and extensor carpi radialis brevis.
