About this study

The medial knee pain after UKA showed high rate. but mobile bearing UKA show less tibial bobe cut and the mobile bearing can distribute load. Therefore, the oa knee with and without tibia vara should show similar VAS for medial knee pain.

Who can participate

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

  • age > 40 years old, ROM > 75 degrees, FC< 15 degrees, Varus deformity < 20 degrees

Exclusion criteria

  • ACL insufficiency, inflammatory arthritis, posttraumatic arthritis

underwent mobile bearing UKA with standard surgical technique

  1. VAS for medial knee pain

    Time frame: 6 weeks to 2 years

    0-10 points
