Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
Magnesium Sulfate iontophoresis utilizing an iontophoretic drug delivery system
using Shock Wave Therapy Device
stretching and strengthening exercises
Time frame: 0-4 weeks
pain pressure threshold will be measured by the pressure algometer
Time frame: 0-4 weeks
pain intensity will be measured by visual analogue scale
Time frame: 0-4 Weeks
Neck Disability Index is a questionnaire to measure function
