About this study

This reach aim to conduct to improve balance and reduce pain in patients with post-menopausal with peripheral neuropathy

Who can participate

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

  • polyneuropathy pos-tmaneuposal
  • Type II Diabetes Mellitus
  • Suffering from numbness in upper and lower limbs for more than 4 months

Exclusion criteria

  • hysterectomy
  • tumors
  • antidepressant dugs

Treatment and study plan

sensory motor integration

pelvic rocking training and strengthening exercises

Other names: thermal, Tactile, and proprioceptive stimulation

Primary outcomes

  1. pain intensity

    Time frame: 6 weeks

    pain management will be evaluated by visual analogue scale with a minimum score of zero, and the maximum score is ten in addition, zero means a better score

  2. balance assessment

    Time frame: 6 weeks

    changes in balance parameters will be evaluated by the Biodex balance system that calculate the mediolateral stability index, anteroposterior stability index, and the overall. stability index.These indexes represent fluctuations around a zero point established before testing when the platform is stable. A high oSi score indicates poor balance, and the patient's maximum overall score would be 1.60.
