This clinical study aimed to evaluate the short-term clinical performance of porcelain-veneered titanium crowns fabricated using two different techniques: conventional casting and CAD/CAM milling. Restorations were assessed according to FDI clinical evaluation criteria with respect to esthetic, functional, and biological outcomes during follow-up appointments.Clinical evaluations took place at baseline (2 days after luting) and following 3, 6, 12, and 18 months after luting.

Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
Titanium-based ceramic crowns produced using conventional casting technique and cemented clinically.
Titanium-based ceramic crowns produced using CAD/CAM technology and cemented clinically.
Time frame: Baseline, 3 months,6 months, 12 months, and 18 months
Clinical performance will be evaluated using the FDI World Dental Federation scoring system (scores 1-5). The overall FDI score will be used as the reported outcome measure
