Inclusion criteria

  • Acute brain injury
  • Patient who receive an antibiotic for an infection or prophylaxy
  • Glasgow coma score < 8

Exclusion criteria

  • Age < 18 years old
  • Pregnant woman
  • HCV, HIV, HBV infection
