Inclusion criteria

  • patients with non-metastatic muscle invasive bladder cancer
  • pathology confirmed urothelial carcinoma
  • underwent cystectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection

Exclusion criteria

  • not enough tissue for immunohistochemistry
  • patients with a second neoplasm

Treatment and study plan

Adjuvant chemotherapy

Drug

adjuvant chemotherapy using Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin

  1. Recurrence free survival

    Time to recurrence or metastasis

  1. Overall survival

  2. Benefit from neoadjuvant chemotherapy
