Serologically proven HIV infection
Attending general HIV outpatient clinic

Exclusion criteria

Attending a specialist outpatient clinic which might lead to recruitment bias

10 year predicted cardiovascular risk

Time frame: AT time of clinic attendence

Secondary outcomes

Time frame: at time of clinic attendence
