Inclusion criteria

  • Healthy and aged 18-40 y
  • BMI between 18 and 30

Exclusion criteria

  • On medication
  • Family history of metabolic disease
  • Diagnosed with any metabolic or cardiovascular conditions
  • BMI < 18 or > 30
