NCT Number: NCT07723508
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether BeauSaki Edible Bird's Nest Peptide Product can improve facial skin conditions in healthy adult participants. The main questions it aims to answer are:
Can daily intake of the edible bird's nest peptide product improve facial skin hydration, elasticity, brightness, wrinkles, pores, spots, redness, and skin texture after 8 weeks?
Is the edible bird's nest peptide product well tolerated by participants during the study period?
Researchers will compare participants who take the edible bird's nest peptide capsule with participants who take a placebo capsule without edible bird's nest to see if the product improves facial skin conditions.
Participants will:
* Take one capsule daily for 8 weeks. * Visit the study site at baseline, week 4, and week 8 for non-invasive facial skin assessments. * Cleanse their face with water and rest under room temperature conditions for 30 minutes before each skin assessment. * Complete a brief questionnaire about perceived skin condition and product satisfaction at baseline, week 4, and week 8. * Have facial photographs taken for skin condition evaluation, with identifiable areas masked before disclosure.
