Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
.Chest skin injured and cannot be monitored by EIT.
Time frame: Hour 1
Lung regional perfusion monitored by EIT with saline
Time frame: Hour 1
oxygenation(SpO2) measured by bedside monitor
