PFS is defined as the time relapsed between inclusion and disease progression (according to RECIST v1.1 criteria as assessed by the investigator) or death from any cause, whichever occurs first.
Patients who have not progressed and who have not died at the time of analysis will be censored at the time of last tumour assessment date. If no tumour assessments were performed after the date of the first occurrence of a CR or PR, PFS will be censored at the date of the first occurrence of a CR or PR plus 1 day. Progression is defined according to Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (RECIST v1.1) as at least a 20% increase in the sum of the diameters of target lesions, taking as reference the smallest sum recorded on study, with an absolute increase of at least 5 mm, or unequivocal progression of non-target lesions, or the appearance of new lesions.
