Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
Participants must not enter the study if any of the following exclusion criteria are fulfilled:
o Infections requiring oral or intravenous antimicrobial therapy or interferon within 14 days.
150 mg once per day by PO
750 mg/m2 by IV
50 mg/m2 by IV
1.4 mg/m2 (max: 2 mg) by IV
100 mg by PO
Time frame: Through study completion; an average of 1 year
Incidence of Adverse Events, Graded According to National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events
