This study is a randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase III clinical trial evaluating patients with EGFR-mutant locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. The Phase III study is planned to enroll approximately 680 participants, who will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio into the following groups:
Test group: SYS6010 + osimertinib Control group: Investigator's choice of one treatment(Osimertinib or Osimertinib+ Chemotherapy)

Osimertinib 80mg P.O. QD
Pemetrexed (500 mg/m^2) plus carboplatin (AUC5) on Day 1 of 21day cycles (every 3 weeks) for 4 cycles, followed by pemetrexed maintenance (500 mg/m^2) every 3 weeks.
Pemetrexed (500 mg/m^2) plus cisplatin (75 mg/m^2) on Day 1 of 21day cycles (every 3 weeks) for 4 cycles, followed by pemetrexed maintenance (500 mg/m^2) every 3 weeks.
Time frame: Up to 3.5 years
PFS is defined as the time from the date of randomization to the first documentation of PD as assessed by investigator per RECIST v.1.1, or death due to any cause, whichever occurs earlier.

Objective response rate is defined as the percentage of participants with a confirmed complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) per RECIST v.1.1.

DOR is defined as the time from the date of the first confirmed objective response (CR or PR that is subsequently confirmed) to the date of the first documented disease progression (PD) per RECIST v1.1 or death from any cause, whichever occurs first.

The percentage of participants who experience a best response of CR, PR or stable disease (SD).
