Suspected Anti-NMDA Encephalitis

Exclusion criteria

Inability to consent

Treatment and study plan

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

Diagnostic Test

A pelvic MRI with and without contrast was performed for evaluation of the ovary.

Salpingo-Oophorectomy

Procedure

Salpingo-oophorectomy procedure was performed on the left ovary.

Primary outcomes

Anti-NMDA Encephalitis

Time frame: 1 week

Diagnosis of Anti-NMDA Encephalitis based on pelvic MRI
