Metaboic Syndrome and Fatty Liver in Celiac Disease Females: Reponse to Exercise in Adolescents

metabolic syndrome and fatty liver is common in adolescents with celiac diseases. exercise may control these cardiovascular risk factors

About this study

forty metabolic syndrome and fatty liver female adolescents with celiac diseases will assigned to exercise group or control group. the group will contain twenty patients. control group will be wait list. exercise group will perform 40 minutes of walking on a treadmill three times weekly for three months.

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

  • celiac disease
  • metabolic syndrome
  • nonalcholic fatty liver

Exclusion criteria

  • cardiac disease
  • renal failure
  • respiratory disease

Treatment and study plan

Walking exercise

Behavioral

twenty metabolic syndrome and fatty liver female adolescents with celiac diseases will will perform 40 minutes of walking on a treadmill three times weekly for three months.

Primary outcomes

  1. alanine transamianse

    Time frame: It will be measured after 12 weeks

    It will be asssessed in plasma

Secondary outcomes

  1. Asparate tranamianse

    Time frame: It will be measured after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma

  2. gamma glutamyl transferase

    Time frame: it will be measured after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma

  3. alkaline phosphatase

    Time frame: it will be measured after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma

  4. Body mass index

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it wil be measured with empty stomach and bladder

  5. wasit circumference

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed at the level of umbilicus

  6. systolic blood pressure

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed at level of brachial artery

  7. diastolic blood pressure

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed at level of brachial artery

  8. blood glucose

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be measured in fasting status in blood

  9. high density lipoproteins

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma

  10. triglycerides

    Time frame: it will be assessed after 12 weeks

    it will be assessed in plasma
