This randomized controlled trial aims to determine the effect of an artificial intelligence (AI)-supported educational chatbot (OSCE Coach Platform) on nursing students' knowledge of gynecologic cancers and their self-reported clinical decision-making skills. Third-year undergraduate nursing students will be randomized into either an intervention group, utilizing the AI-supported chatbot, or a control group, receiving conventional education. Both groups will be assessed before and after the intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Enrolled as third-year undergraduate nursing students. Successfully completed the Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing (Women's Health and Diseases Nursing) course.
Volunteered to participate and provided digital informed consent.
Exclusion criteria

A custom web-based educational platform combining AI-supported virtual patient interaction with standardized case scenarios, predefined clinical tasks, and immediate rubric-based feedback.
Time frame: Baseline (pretest, immediately before the intervention) and Post-intervention (posttest, immediately after the completion of the intervention).
The CDMNS-Tr is a 40-item scale assessing self-reported clinical decision-making. Items are rated on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (never) to 5 (always), with eighteen negatively worded items being reverse-scored. Total scores range from 40 to 200, with higher scores indicating a higher self-perception of clinical decision-making abilities.
Time frame: Baseline (pretest, immediately before the intervention) and Post-intervention (posttest, immediately after the completion of the intervention).
A 15-item multiple-choice test developed to evaluate cognitive learning outcomes regarding gynecological oncology and nursing care. Each correct answer is awarded 1 point, while incorrect or blank answers receive 0 points. Total scores range from 0 to 15, with higher scores indicating a higher level of knowledge.
